tried every solutions.yet cant login

im very sure tat i went in to dr updater n set as admin

its stated "your version is not up-to-date.please go to http://forum.dragonraja.eu to receive an update"

downloaded n install x-86...but still cant

installed the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) and followed the steps to update client again.but still can not.
