It sound to me like most of the time, these 2 roles interfer. Like when you read your enemy's guild chat using gm powers during pk at quest. A normal player can't do that.

Can anyone come up with a logical reason for a wipe? i cant think of any really. DR needs stability and not yearly wipes like its been in the past. Why spend time on a game if you have to start over The logical reason is that DR is a game that expire after 1-2 years. It get really boring after that...
