The Redistrabution of Ability from the mall resets your stats, or you combat skills? Or both?

The build im considering with take me much high then 101, so that reset is almost pointless.

Is there a way to reset my stat points?

Alot of issues can be solved, without having to resort making spells weaker, or modified in some way, to accomdate classes with no defence to them, in one way or another. If there is TT Cap, there is no need to remove -% so this won't affect Snow War. And if players prefer removing -% instead of puting TT Cap, can still keep it for player under lvl 100. And if old system is kept, no TT Cap and -% back. So seriously, there is no problem for Snow War ;p Then i'm good ...
