A topic about server update!

after the recent server update, i think this server is dying...
many players want quited, because the ac drop change is too powerful
archer and warrior become the most powerful class..
then wiz become the worst one unless he geng play curse
then theif and priest are drop powerful, but still ok

the original dr setting, is quite perfect, just hv some little problems
then GMSP do a big and sudden change
then change all in this game
destroy whole server and dr
after the ac drop skill, players cannot count any dmg, just can pot pot and pot
archer even more powerful
just use full distance then ac drop
after ac drop other ppl hit u dmg also will increase
even magic hit u

this totally no skill
and ruin this game

i don't know y GM change this setting and no ask more opinion from the players
or u can start a testing week then change it!

now, i believe what kador said the original dr setting is really good
gm u can change this setting to ac drop effect just happen or work on the ppl who use this skill
other ppl cannnot increase the dmg
anyway, maybe it is too late

i can't imagine what will happen when dc5 open
and this setting really shxt setting

who can suggest me some good private server??
i want try other server and enjoy the original dr!

Dude you cant play any games since all the games in this planet are updating all the time.
Balancing is the most tough problem in all games, even Blizzard they also cant handle it perfectly.
This update is great, priest got much nerf(which surely need to be), wiz still ok since they are faster, and white ac actually is not a big deal too.
I believe the GM team will keep working on it till satisfied most players(I mean theres always some cryers) in the future.

And note (to all Priests) , you still have a huge benefit with your high AC, as long as there is no Archer around.

How come the damage increases 2x over 25ac change?
I really want to know because i think 25ac is about 8,3% and if you add new ex increase it will additionally add 15% (lvl2) to WHITE damage , totally thats around 20% increase... hence the damage from ex is increasing from 5000 to 6000.

Also the priecing skill has roughly remained the same with an adition of dropping some ac now. If you saw a g20dist g20force vigilante (thief)hitting critical 70k damage you would cry its imba too? even tho it has been so for a long time.
And remember it drops shield ac only, priest can just use staff as his supposed to.
I suggest you learn about the game a bit before cry in forums.

Care to explain a bit on this?
You sound like its easy to do following:
Hit 5x piercing to a single priest target in mass batle where there are bl, ex , pepsi and large amount of deadly damage flying around.(for example a BL that will kill you 99% probablilty since you have no white ac)
Same time receiving additional damage from strike and ca, especially high amount from strike.
Now move to maximum range and hit that same priest 3x again with distant set, score all hits not just miss since if he moves sideways your shots will miss entirely. AND hope he had some life missing or try to hit a 4th hit before he manages to pot. Ofcourse you have 100ac at the same time and need to be alive to make the hits.
When he is wearing smart you can multiply the hits you have to make with 3.
