To GM team, we need a full time GM!!

im happy that he plays since he can experience what ppl feels in zypern as i think there is one gm in each nation playing or if not they should do,sometime gm doesnt know how a player feel unless he is in his shoes like us. one more thing when gm doesnt play you never see them.if you see gm log on his character that means he is on his server and didnt abandon it. i saw many server no more gms for like 3 month then server closes.

Each gm has their job to do and i think ticket solving isnt SP job. its like your asking him to do overtime for the job he dont have to do. how would you feel in your job doing your job then your boss coming and say you got another 8 hours to do for the other guy that didnt come and do his part of the job,oh and then some other didnt do his job too so now its your job too sorry dude today you doing 4 jobs call your gf
and tell her you cant come home... thats the same thing each gm got their job to do.


Once they do their job like sp programming, they done theirs why bother them to do others job? saying he cant relax in front of his character or among his friend, and then observe if his nation is happy ( like i said i think there is 1 gm in each nation playing.) also about bugs, didnt you see what he did about nations war?
thats a complete reprogramming and resolving bug. one more thing is a gm can work sometime but then he is free sometime that free time sp chooses to play on dr.

How would you guys feel if you cant play dr anymore cause players whant you to stop? how would you feel if you love that game like you do now? how would you feel knowing you will never be able to play again? guys before asking someone to do something be in their shoes,see if it would make you happy,and if you would like to never be able to play dr again.


gm time is like a work, playing in dr is when he come off from work. also to add that they work in real life too.... so gms basically got 2 works.. and get to enjoy dr on their free time. now you ask them to no more enjoy dr and work when they free and go work again in their real life work? then when they come home work on server and never play dr again? thats very sad to ask something like that to someone.

And, each nation hv each GM , this idea is quite nice.

But the rest of ur message( paragraph4-5) , i think that it is not very make sense. Firstly, I do not call him stop playing dr. Don't misunderstand my idea! Secondly, being a GM is his own choice... A head GM keep helping one nation to fight war and maze... what do u feel? U can sure that he never affect by his emotion in game.... He will not let the emotion affected his GM job?? I think no one can sure.

I do not really care about whether GMSignPainter will keep playing or not, becuause Yllse now already is a strong and good nation. But i just want to suggest we need a full time GM . that my main point!

I only say this...

GM should finish every single ticket at least 1 day at week. If he want play need solve all tickets. Its like a child, doing nothing about school`s homework but playing games or going out.... Here no1 can push GM to act like a Real GM, they must be responsible.. I dont agree with Defense cuz he said this is like a second work for GM... Defense is wrong, if this was a real job then for sure they had been fired long time ago cuz lack of work.
No way, this isnt allowed. If player put his money on this server then they deserve fast support. Not like hey i made a ticket 1 month ago and isnt solved but i see GM playing the game. It Sux.
Imnot against GM play, but for have time for playing he must solve first all tickets at the end of week .
can play 6 days at week but the last day of week put his but.t in the chair and solve every single item to be able to play 6 days more.

Im my opinion, I do think they need to hire more GMs. (Maybe the financial problem makes it hard to do this)
Sometimes i feel disappoint about the tickets too. But since this is a private server, you have no choice.
As Crowley said, nobody let you play this free game, its totally up to you.


Make the game not free to play is almost impossible due to the policy i think?
Or how about raise the price of mall items to get more profit? (lol dont slap me, im just think from GMs situation)

how about plyer in yllse? now that seems wrong right ?zypern get 1 GM . how about put 1 more GM in yllse? ask spherix play in yllse? join maze as yllse?

For example solve many tickets, bugs, read many post in suggestions section and hold some new events)!
GM can join game at some special event or maze, but is with GM role for maintain and solve bug!

+1 this would create more event between GM and Player..
