Adding support skill to Archers

I you change coverting armor, will archers no longer be able to pierce ss?

My idea is -> Change Fleet Misslle to Self Empower skill. Which within period of time archer will able to increase their dmg another (lvl1 4%, lvl2 6%, lvl3 8%). I think this will be a good support as everyone agreed archer should be the highest melee dmg dealer.

Just an idea that i think should be fair enough to balance this class.

P/S: This skill doesn't count in the additional damage % that suggest to increase for archer.

drop AC debuff would do the same thing as an empower skill but make it useful for everyone in the team/party against 1 target. This would give archers a team-oriented role.
