It really is a huge disadvantage if you choose to use higher resolution. One, Kid already mentioned was that targets are alot smaller.
Another bug is that the up/down arrows to search for spells in higher resolution is missing. Now you have to use 'Page Up / Page Down'. This won't be very 'newb' friendly either I dont think.

@Kamos, There is no advantage for knowing where you're going when you can't see who is there. If you think there is that much of an advantage then its unfair for those players that aren't able to use higher resolution, thus might as well let players see players/monsters further than 800x600.

UI scaling needs to be implemented as well.

Thanks,
Minipp

Yes, you don't think

Joking aside I see no problems clicking your target even in higher resolutions unless you're using a touchpad. I agree with the rest of your post though.

If you're used to play in Full Screen, yes the targets will be smaller and might need time to adapt.
But if you've used to Window Mode (like I am) it doesn't change anything, the sprites have the exact same size, just you have a bigger FOV

What is the advantage for bigger FOV? I seriously want to know the reasoning for this.

I will try out window mode tonight and let you know my thoughts. I never liked window mode because there was always the potential of clicking outside the screen.
