Will desire actually kill them or leave 1hp like strike/counter do when you hit someone?

where the trolling i dont see it, but Tensu is half right half wrong, like Duran said, ex isnt counted as 8 hits same time its 8 separate hits. so normally if hit number eight is Desire then you wont kill the opponent, but if lets say hit number 2 and 7 were Desire and hit number 8 was normal, then you would kill them.
