then u can focus on 1 and no SSing during dungeons, wars, and mass pk is wat ruins it

i say make SS casting like sfd

if i have ice shield on then i cannot have sfd casted on me,

should be same, if i have ice shield, sfd, pro, lightning shield, etc then complete sanctuary should not be able to be caste don me, seems perfect to me

That would not bother me.

but then u get enemies all using SS on themselves and single hitting you while you cant do anythng while you sit in ur SFD wasting pots so making that still doesnt take away people just sitting in SS unless you give ur enemy buffs o.o

I do not see your point. If a priest is using Sant to defend themselves or their teammates, then that is fine. Keep your distance and wait it out. The duration is insanely short and all they can do is basic attacks. They are also open to pierce weapons.

My main character is a level 80+mage and I've joined war a few times and had to fight priests using sant on themselves. It didnt bother me one bit.
In fact, I find warriors who defood and slow as the worse. It may as well be the same as stun because you sure arnt going to be able to run away while having 10k HP and under slow/defood.

You must have a real grudge against some priest to ignore all forms of compromise.

No I havn't.

But then again, I'm not the one whos avoiding compromise.

You are basicly saying "Sant can be used for this. DISABLE IT TOTALLY! BEGONE WITH IT!"
I'm saying "Disable it for that one exploit only."

Even Dark_Assassin came up with great a idea.
It already fixes your scenario. Doesn't it?

How about a command that disallows Sant to be casted on one's self?
/allow sanctuary
/reject sanctuary
Or something weird like that.

wtf are you talking about? G8 nature stay legend + G15 masking from an archer/thief = 10 minute ss. You can't even run and wait it out 'cause they hit you long range. Any warriors that can pierce they'll ss. Otherwise they snipe you off with their insane 40K g20 distant + g10 force damage.


would be nice if SS was like stone armor or dispel where it's not unlimited.
