As for rates... not really sure but repairing a 1/1000 dura item costs 27,541,326Critt

let's say 1/1000 if you repair from store.
it becomes 9XX/9XX?

no. It becomes 500/500. It's always 50% of what you lose.

Like:
1/1000 -> 500/500
200/1000 -> 600/600
400/1000 -> 700/700
600/1000 -> 800/800
900/1000 -> 950/950
999/1000 -> 1000/1000

I believe it rounds up.
