About CP and orison (some expert come help)

Postby darkon » Tue Apr 27, 2010 3:19 pm

Was wondering some question and hope someone could answer

Let say if i am a warrior who use CP holding prz spell
If i learn some of the prz spell can i use those spell while my cp level remain as it is before i switch to orison to cast those spell?

For example, My CP level is at 80 and i wanna cast some spell, and on the bottom right corner my CP bar will be change to orison. and when i finishh casting the spell and i switch it back to combat skill. Will my cp be 80 or it will reset to 0 and i have to recharge it again? Or will i not be able to use any combat skill till the prz spell buff duration finish?

Or is there any outcome for this special scenerio?

your cp will remain the same i think but if im not wrong you cant use any cp skills while your spell is active.. if you cast sfd on yourself you cant use cp skills...
never tested it but i remember some ppl saying that it works this way..

First off, this is not a special scenerio, players have thought about this since the game first released. (at least i did, back then)

Your CP will always remain the same until you die or relog.
If you use SFD, you won't be able to use CombatSkill even after the sfd have ended for a period of time.
And also, if you use any other spells, healing for example... You won't be able to switch back to CombatSkills for a period of time.
(The "period of time" is longer than g20 aid and that's all you need to know)

My suggestion is.. If you got no pot or want to save crit.. Use Heal > relog > charge cp > use combat skills (It's the fastest way at least)

Life drain and then xfire, gay lmao '-_-

aid = z
marking = sfd/pro

Masking = Protective magic
examples: sfd, pro, ds, twinkle star, pfm, lethy, wing, divine bless, cancel from counter, and mirror
Aid = Status boost magic
examples: z, haste, greatest luck

I think if you use Instant Magic, you can still use combat skill after u have casted magic. Just magic with duration other than curse magic will make u unable to use combat skill.

G1 masking = +10s
G1 aid = +12s

Calculate by yourself

EDIT:
G1 -------> G5
Masking 10 20 32 50 68
Aid 18 32 48 76 140
