a d3 thief with 200 tt can kill ANYONE. The max ac u can get a d1 should be 220, wich mean you're far from immortal.

I am not going to argue with you.
A free server should be fair to those who pay and not pay.
Double exp pill is less unfair, since it also requires players time to lvl, and it is not obtainable in game.
Shining weapon is much more unfair. (Most unfair for the time being)
1. It is obtainable in quest.
2. The quest is quite demanding.
3. Random quest prizes.
4. Doing that quest is time consuming
5. Usable at Dual Class 1 (about stat problem, there is stat re-distribution 3000RE, even cheaper!)

Barely any f2p game try to make their mall to be "fair" as their primary objective. You can even argue that if malls were equally fair for non spenders and spenders, it would be unfair for the spenders . Though as far as I'm concerned, the shiny weapons should be taken out, everything else is pretty much ok.
