Even if you completely disable PK in nation maps your still going to have the case of one party bullying another out of a pit if they want it bad enough. Best way to solve higher levels pking lower ones without causing the lower to be able to pk the higher would be to have something like if theres a 10-15 level difference + or - then neither person can damage the other. Basically the damage reduction idea but on both sides and it would have to be 100% reduction. But this would still lead to the higher level just killing everything so you cant level, if he was bored/mad enough that is.
I don't know, this is a tricky one.
PKing in DR is different because you can randomly kill players of your own nation with no consequences. With the small population in DR, fighting over pits is very rare at levels lower than 100. It's not until after level 100 that people fight for pits but at that time, most players are the same level and are able to fight back so no one really cares if they cry. What we need to protect are those players who get PKed by a higher level on their own nation when they're low levels an just trying out the game.
