Character Bug

Today my character had a problem. I lost my items, jobs, abilities.
This happened when I was playing in the war 13 October 2013 (22:40 to 22:45) server time, I saw something wrong with my character. disappeared equipped items, and other in the bag. Please would you help me.

Guys please, that true, we stay giving a chance to this server, beeing actives and helping new people to learn to play and stuff, we wont another "quitter" because all his items/jobs/skills get buggued when changing map or when war is over. this guy works a lot in his char, same as everybody here.
fix this, we still on faith on u GMteam
