That would make Robber/Desire OP. Sigh do you not get the point of this topic at all?

Relax, that could be applied but at inverse... what if they reduce CA STRIKE and put same percent % as ROBBER DESIRE HAVE atm? :scis: :go:

That's reducing their effectiveness by 45%. That's too big of a nerf. 20-30% would be fine. Like current g7/8 value should be G10 value. Lets be reasonable and balance here, not switch brokenly OP for brokenly UP.

Another funny thing is that since numbers are easy to change ( I assume so ), GMs could do balance patches weekly or biweekly. There is at least 1 GM that plays the game, so the change in PvP balance could be observed during that time. If the balance tweak(s) don't work out properly, they'll be reverted or simply increased/decreased a little.
If people really can't handle 1 week, they're simply whiny bitches and don't belong on a 13 year old game anyway. There are also things called hotfixes if something goes wrong.

I'm afraid changing these numbers aren't so easy , but your idea is not that bad.
Blizzard does that. It must be good ^_^

Every popular game does that. Obviously it must work.

I think one of the best examples is DotA Allstars in Warcraft III. Keeping up with the updates changelog can be rather difficult at times. The result is a very refined and balanced game that has made it into the e-sport competitive scene.

Anyway here's what I propose, instead of adding content to high levels for now:

Balance high level/end game pvp by adjusting numbers.

Add more content for low-mid levels like 1-104 ( does not need balancing, just helps keep new players around and active ).

If PvP is balanced, DC4s will be happy. If low level content is added, there are more new players who reach d1+, EVERYONE is more happy.

Anyways sorry, I seem to be going slightly off topic here. '-_-

Don't forget LoL, they constantly change values, and if they see people reported them, or are not happy with them, they change them back, or change them in a way that makes sense, so far not a single change has been made in this server that is compareable to those examples above.

Yeah, I've been playing LoL since closed beta. Sure there are changes that I hate, like "modernizing" the graphics, yuck, but I love the game so I go along with it. Overall they're simply refining their game to appeal more to people in general, so I can appreciate all of the changes, even the ones I dislike. They also balance things out from a more competitive view. Public players end up whining about it a lot, but they still play because they love the game and eventually see the good in the changes.

The GMs have always been afraid of our whiny community, probably because of how many servers have died in the past. It's pretty much always been obvious as well. They need to wake up here though. There will be whining, some will quit, who knows the server might even die, but it will anyway with this attitude where you let the numbnuts of the community shackle you. Changes at least give a fighting chance.
