Yeah, there seems to have been some problems between UK and Server recently. Some people from UK (including one of our GMs, Finito) told me they were getting high latency.

Move it to USA
Most of your players are there (i mean.. in the Americans).. and their hosts are better

I live in the USA and the lag has been very inconsistent. When i'm standing in town not doing anything, the ping will average about 150ms where during war I will jump around between 200 to 500. Not to mention the occasional jumps to 1k. How hard would it be to get a new host? It seems like there is some new blood coming into the server now and with it more revenue, might be a good time to upgrade to something better.

Most of our players are actually in Asia (or at least, our website visitors are).

Ping towards Asia seems to be better from the US than from Europe though, so we are definitely busy investigating these options

USA servers got the best ISPs... not to mention their machines...
Pricing may be higher, I agree, but the benefit is way better... And I dont think pricing is a problem to your server... I see too many RE floating around

yea Gambling helps that a lot...
but i know pretty well that DR is a proftable business
