I said high levels of other nations, usually during nation war. Zypern scum takes the most of it. OmegaSage and cellskw are fun, easy targets for example. Funnily enough even though I've revealed the reasons for this on the forum multiple times, they fall for it every single time in game. Release the rage, gentlemen.

It's a war game, all strategies are welcome. Normally I could be one of the nice people you'll ever meet. ^^
