Symbol AC Effect Stacks with Max Blue AC

Tested my priest with AC g10 Cloak of Miracle + AC g10 Glorius Hat + g4 Templar symbol and NOTHING else, got 174 Defence which means the symbol effect stacks with the ac g20 blue rares. Is it supposed to be like this?

Oops, just realised the way to calculate the AC effect is changed too, so the symbol AC effect becomes red grade now?

Correct, all other symbols do the same
