Can not login to the Test Servers

Dear GM. I am new to this forum and yesterday I found
this post and
this Installation GuideI have installed the beta patch but when I tried to login, it says wrong password or ID.

Hello,
Yeah it is possible, Test Server's database is an older snapshot of the main server's.
We need to transfer the latest account data to the Test Server.

When is the test database going to be updated again? I recently created an account and wanted to try out the beta.
