Tried making a mockup for that once, but try doing it on 800x600... takes up way too much space

I believe keeping one chat box would be sufficient enough.

Allowing options to turn on/off different chats. And allow changing the colors of different chats.

Isnt the game like that already, Brandon? We would just have to improve the turn on/off list..

Yes, which is why I emphasis that it's sufficient enough. I just think we need to add a couple options.

Notice Board (Merchants only?)
Global (All Neutral)
Nation (Your Nation Maps only, Non Neutral)

It would modernize the game in my opinion. It would also help players find parties a little easier. And it would let new players ask questions a little easier through global/nation chat.

I guess I would like to see this game more community based and I think this would help.
