Maybe just increase hp instead? Wizards already hit pretty low on stones, no need to punish them. Probably just double the HP

If you are going to do this, lower the minimum hit requirement as well (at least for cc and below). However, imo just increase stone hp so that it takes about the same time as doubling stone ac.
