I hate that fact you can just camp a door and totally screw someone over due to no buffs. New Raja did it so why cant this server do it too.
Put a god mode on players that enter a new map last 5 sec after they enter OR once they MOVE or START Casting a spell.

All attacks, BUFFS, and debuffs will not effect said player when they enter the map to give them time to get there bearings straight

I'd say yes as long as they disable it During War time

I also think 5 second should be enough to change maps not 10

Not war time, but rather upon entering war maps (GG, TGJ, Sedless, Renus Out etc.. ) more sense and sounds easier to implement. Though you're the scripter here, you tell us.

If New Raja can implement, my dogs are capable of too

I think this would make PK a little more interesting and less spawn camping, which should be prevented as much as possible.

5 Second God Mode w/enter new map

Keep the 10 second for changeing maps. That way people won't go back and forth between maps. (Plus, this is to prevent some hacking cases as well)
