That, and the fact that I generally don't get involved ingameplay balancing topics since I don't know much about it.

Besides, that topic, i've read trough quite a number of pages now, and I find 90% irrelevant or outdated. So that topic isn't really worth much if you ask me.

Even if we add D5 without a whole lot of changes in comparison to D4 besides the rank, I'd still like it to have more to it, which is difficult ofcourse.

People frequently say "GMs shouldnt play the game".
In my opinion, they are completly wrong... Your post justify mine.

Anyway, they are irrelevant because their oppinions are too wide... few are the players that agree to each other.
Thats why I believe you shouldnt launch it yet, or if so, do without any changes...
Either the ways, a lot of people will blame you (and after this post, will blame me too) :P

i got a few ideas too, even if those are hard, they not impossible and would be cool...


1. New d5 (not d4) spell, like the fire from sucubuss with small rain of fire or ice, same or just a lil more dmg then fw...

2. New d5 items, add items, even if u do paint edition still better then nothing... get the noob armor for each class, replace with new bmps and make new look for d5s, let the noob wear the 2nd armor to change the first look, lol

3. HARD! must be hard get d5, theres a few unability items arround, such as dkhelmet or orc hearts, etc... i like what SS said, but i dont think 1k df is enough, maybe 24quest also but each quest ask u like 250 + a random item or xxx ppl kill in local war or castle or 50honor per quest + ...... so this could motivate also all join wars...

4. New wepons, new stats

5. try help noobs reach higher faster, i do think this server is easy enough but for new ppl who join aint that easy seeing every is d2, d3+ or those who d1 they got lvl 130 180tt... keep the XO for under lvl 100, make some improvements n stuff... help them...

6. For once, u got all registered mails of accounts, make something n spam every1 mail with mails that DR is improving n such, dunno...

my idea

unlock g5 symbol

unlock "Luck" effect (basic resist , critical effect, accuracy)

100 bonus stat

thief/warrior/archer max endu can go to 152

of course with fking cool Dragon Slayer title is a must.

By putting this in the "Completed" category, does this entail that D5 will be added to the next server maintence or that D5 will continue to wait until more content is made?

It'll do as the title describes; not adding dual class 5 until further content is developed. There's other topics on the actual content/balancing of D5.
