Is nation transfer still close?

If so, why is it still possible so many people transfer to other nation if it has been closed long time? Can GM tell us the reason behind this?

I also wondered this considering Karvinen and I were denied transfer to Vyseus.....

In my opinion, vys can win war just that no one want join.

In my opinion, any nation can win war currently. It depends of teamwork and strategy..

Oh, well then we won't have to transfer anyone to Vyseus I guess.
Nation transfers are looked upon case by case. We look at players online in maps, participation per nation in dungeons and wars; the levels, guild relations and other factors.
Since the population is fragile, we don't allow everyone to transfer just like that.
