This is a huge mage buff .. Now they can constantly run around with dragon scale without any harm. Sorts and Within16letters and Nenivark are going to be pretty much unkillable.

agreed. those skill is for pk, not necessary to cancel it in quest. i think the spell cancel should be defood+autority of lose sight+confuse.

Tiffany is doing nearly 6K Ex on me and Sorts.

With dragonscale? I highly doubt it, if so, u need to make some AC rares. You dont need a full MV/basic set to kill a damn thief.
