Can someone please explain to me why Priests have SS? Priests already have the highest defense in the game, can reflect ALL curse spells, and they have an attack that bypasses all resistances and does huge amounts of damage. Their only real draw back is they're the slowest class in the game, though after dual 2 they get a speed increases skill making them about the same as everyone else. Priests can just sit there and SS themselves and make it impossible for 3 of 5 classes to kill them, and make it even harder for the two remaining classes. Then they can res while virtually invulnerable. Maybe if there's only 1 or 2 priests you can get lucky and kill them both before they can res each other, but when there's more than that it is impossible to kill them before they res each other.

GM either needs to give all classes some kind of piercing skill or remove SS from the game. Priest already has the best defense in the game and is arguably the best class in the game because of it, there's no reason they should be able to be immune to three of the five classes.

For low levels 3x-100, SS is the best tanking skill.

priest cant use attack spell when they have ss on, so I dont see which is the problem.

if u have to go to the bathroom or talk in the phone is a great magic

im not into the removal of ss but a nerfing by makin it so if u got ss on the priest cant use a single spell so it prevents wat happened to me like 2 days ago when i was pkin 3 cc 1 70 priest just ssed themselves and kept buffin ressin their people makin it impossible for us to win

they need ss the same reason all other classes needs any of their skills =P

why archers need multi ! ?!?!?!?!?

Archers don't get any other good pk skills until dual 1. Priests, on the other hand, already have the best defensive abilitiy in the game and they don't need SS to be powerful pkers. Your comparison is flawed.

You asked why priests have SS, and I answered you. They need it to tank between level 3x-100 or else they're fairly useless. Unlike at high levels where they have a lot of divine and can keep casting great heal, be able to tank because of their high hp, or be able to fully heal a tank, ow level priests aren't very useful for anything.

Actually, wizards have the best defensive skills. DS is 70% physical defense. pfm is 90% range defense. Dispel is 100% magic defense. Wizards also have an attack that bypass all resistance, it's called Vampire touch. Works pretty much the exact same way as life drain.

EDIT: Just to be clear I think priests are OP too but the way you're approaching this and your whole argument is just fail. You think that SS is what makes a priest OP? After D2, priests RARELY if not NEVER use SS. So they stop being OP after D2?

i can name u many priests who keep ss even after d2/d3 (names from previous servers)
