Authority of great luck nerfed on priests? delete the staff from game please T_T

Not only priests.
It affects more to other classes which dual priest, than priest.
At least now, smart rare has a use.

I said just on priest, why to modify Priest spells caused of hybrid characters. The change is good but not for priest itself
