Speed (rare) nerf

I agree on revising speed rare together with next patch updates, since classes getting most benefit from speed rares are priest and wiz, and next patch brings compensation to both classes if speed gets changed.

However, given that speed is part of dual symbol, I'd propose only reduce the blue rare speed cap, e.g. from currently 68 to something lower.
Don't change the value per grade amount, otherwise, speed rare and symbol is just not viable.

Right now

Casters with speed > ranger speed

I think it’s only fair if they are at least equal
Caster with speed = ranger speed

There is no point of lowering the cap but not lowering the grade amount. It just baicaslly means g7 = g10.

Personally I think 30% nerf may be a good start to test.
As d5 avenger with maximum speed = g15 speed with hide shoe

After 30% nerf, it’s like g10 with hide. (Current speed)
Non-speed symbol caster will be like g7 speed with hide. Still fast and able to dodge ranger’s attack but u “can’t run the whole map around and waiting for someone to find u”

Smart is already a big buff for caster. Not to mention, warsaints/revenant can’t longer dodge LD.

A 20-30% nerf isn’t changing that much to be honest.
Just more reasonable this way, instead of running around the whole quest.

Honestly, I'd be okay with removing speed rares completely. However, I know people have rares/legends with speed, so a good nerf would be fine. Maybe reverse the recent buff, and nerf it 50%.

In terms of dungeon quests, I think the problem is ress potions. If you have a priest running around with speed, and you finally catch him, then he just uses infinite ress potions...that's the big problem.

I'm guilty of doing this many many times.
