So what is the issue with speed rare now?
Shouldn't be discussing about a nerf without presenting a valid issue first.

He is not the first player to suggest nerf speed rares. Reason I believe is the same before, people say priest with speed rares is hard to catch and such.
Next patch with luck nerf and speed pot buff, Avenger will be much harder to get caught. Thats what we may need to think about.
I am neutral on it, since every classes can wear speed, and wing also has its CON. Let see how it goes next patch first.

since every classes can wear speed
yes while not in action,
there is only 4 rare slot
and priest have LD ,that doesnt require any offence gear
so they can wear full speed 24/7

which class can wear full speed and with full offence ,and also tanky

there is no speed in thief/archer legends / set
wizard legend set = no shield
warrior have..but who have a good swash set ?

i am neutral on this too.like i care about the game going
