what if i make 10 char for this event with 10 different team, is it allowed?

yes you are allowed to bring as many character as you can
but every character only can register in 1 team..

Players need to form a team with maximum of three members to participate. Only level 1-99 characters are allowed. PM me via forum for registrations, a player can only use one character, means you can not register more than one team, same goes for all other teammates in this team.

i'm appreciate, that he is trying to stop multiple client abuse.
but,how can you expect ppl to follow
when there is Grand Canyon size flaw in the rules

player abuse/broken/disrupting/etc the event will be punishment depends what the player did.
punishment included
reduce ,tactic,level,dualclass,symbol grade,fame,dualfame,re,rare grade ,legenditem, blue/red unique+mantle item grade.temporary ban,jail time....etc

I believe GM said " a player can only use 1 character" trying to mean he cannot play other char, otherwise anyone can have 15412512 chars and play forever.

I am sharing same IP as mofomaycry. Is that mean I have to get a real life PVE with him to see who can participate the event?

And yes I do mean PVE, because he treat me like a monster and so do I treat him the same way.
