As I'm quite busy with real life (finals and another issue), I won't be hosting anniversary event this year. Though normally I would despite finals, but another issue came up taking my free time.

AFAIK, Signpainter and/or Excalibur will be hosting it this year along with some pleasant surprises

You should invert your sentence.
First, say that SignPainter and/or Excalibur will be hosting, and then explain why you wont :P
