How to change nation?

I am a 80 lv character from Ylise, but most Ylise people speak BR or Spanish which i dont speak, it is very hard to communicate. Who can tell me how to change to other nation?

You can come Vyseus, migrations are opened from Yllse to other nations, you can read

Transfer is pretty tough now. Just reroll a char in vys or zyp.
