how do we get RE when official?

You can obtain RE by donating to the server to help with the funds required to run it?
does it mean we have to buy RE with cash?

That will be announced later on, we are still debating exact prices for both RE and ingame mall items.

Donating is only for private server, in official server you can
buy it, so

Official server should not sell shining weapons in mall, they are quest prizes...... Phantom and bull saddle as well, should only avaliable in GGL.

What about sards and crit, then? CS Books? Flags, signets, gembox? Envelopes? Technically even ability redistribution is an in-game command.
