IF it was an event you would think there would be rules in place so they couldn't do this as it would ruin the event. Since they are acting like 5 year olds and think everything is legal until it is in writing.

We didn't ruin it, we just turned a xp event into pk event ^^. But it's nice GMs didn't see this coming

Harassment via leveling will be restricted to one victim, one harasser. If there are more than one harasser to one victim, the victim must submit separate reports for each harasser. If a harasser has more than one victims, each victim must submit a separate report. Harassment reports MUST be sent in on the day of harassment. Any reports afterward will not be accepted.

There is no need for a specific rule to this event because we already have one in place. Take advantage of it.
