The language patches for clients only cover client-sided sentences and such. Quests are server-sided and will therefore only be in one language; English. Quests do not ask you to answer in English, they will just ask for requirements as 'bring 20 copper bars'.

My experience on other DR server tell me, Chinese player will soon post all the details of how to get the experience from NPC Quest as well as how to work it out with detailed instruction in Chinese

So after the server online , you can visit the follow Chinese Lanaguage link and check there

Later on we will maybe add something so that the Quest Sentences will be stored client side for translations. But it's not a priority.
