I've done nothing that I know of to get banned, nor does it say anything along the lines of I've been banned.

From the looks of that your connection should be fine.... have you tried redownloading it? Maybe something in your patch got messed up

Just to be clear, if the game DOES start working again after this, these past 3 days of lost fame are NOT going to ever be compensated even though this was not at all my fault? And again, just to be clear, I'm expected to just suck it up and deal with it like nothing ever happened right?

Just finished reloading it. Updated it again, still doesn't work. I'm getting the same message as before.

Have you tried running through a proxy? That might help you

Since the tracert reaches it's destination and your game gives you the error that it cannot connect, I still think there is something on your computer blocking the connection of the game, be it a firewall or insufficient rights on the system.

I would bet its adminstrator power on your Dragon Raja folder to make your "../DragonRaja/Character/YourNick.txt" file

Or maybe (i dont think so, but thats a guess) you got some kind of firewall blocking the port that this server is using to connect...
