Annoying potions.

Ok so I was spamming iceblast with my thief when I noticed, every time I try to pull off an iceblast and drink a pot at the same time, the character hurls thin air, the ice blast doesnt work and still consumes a charge.

I don't mind if this happens when im getting hit but while potting too?
