bugs in in-store purchases and “investment package”

Hello GM,

I need support in the game regarding the in-store purchase for the investment package. I bought the investment pack several hours ago, but there was an error in purchasing. I think the systems might charge me double the price of the pack which is $14.99. However, after purchasing, I just received 880 coupons from the package without diamonds. Currently, my character’s level is 51, so I was supposed to be able to claim diamonds for lower levels. It just said “claimed”, but indeed I haven’t claimed any of those diamonds. Please check on my account and help me with this problem. My ingame character is “Aergor” and sever Dreamland s29.
