Facing this is on 15 Dec 2017 to 2nd Jan 2018 (No WTFAST)
3rd Jan 2018 to 8th Jan 2018 (Buttery Smooth without WTFAST)
9th Jan 2018 to current (Super lag unless WTFAST)

Singapore line (Everyday buttery smooth with or without WTFAST)

Beta (Minimum 58ms, max 120ms no WTFAST)

But I'm pretty sure it's not individual problem for malaysian/sg.
Either some cable damages (which no news was heard) or something at server side.

Server is fine and issue seem to be located mostly in Malaysia or SEA at least. Probably some peering issue. We can't do much about it :/

Before the patch, everything was acceptably smooth.
After patch, delay and lag issue hit apparently quite a number of people.
Not sure what external factors have changed coincidentally with the patch.
But I'm definitely having some connection issue after patch as also experienced by others in different countries demographic.

However, last nite I was using WTFast and it helped a bit.
