SUPPORT TICKET SYSTEM PROBLEM

HI ALL

i wanna to ask why i already done payment by paypal. andthen i try create ticket but always faild.

what is Transaction ID: and the EXT ?

why keep error when i make ticket at the EXT ( Invalid phone ext.)

please help me T_T

It is usually instant. However, they do not appear dirctly in your bag, you have to fetch them at your merchant board.
