I dont know if you already did it, but they will require you infos like:
characters in that account, last loggin time, creation date, gears on bank, bag, etc...

anything you can add may help you, so try to do it before their reply to speed up things :P

yea i added last log in and some items just waiting on them to get back to me

edit: lol apparently according to other people they never read tickets
