Unrealistic.
Symbol effect needs to be includes within the g20 range.
68% Eva and 70% smart = 40G+ effects.
You just unbalance the game even more.

Considering to sacrifice 40 blue ac(which is alot) for those counter builds, it might be a worth try for team fight(or training purpose). But still need to test.

You didnt sacrifice 40 blue ac, you simply wear two pieces of AC with 2 SC.
Having 40G+ symbol effect doesnt mean the user will lost his 20G AC capability.
(you are just making AC symbol effect as BLUE and others as RED, its not balancing at all)
AC is not required at all time for warrior, archer, thief except wizard and priest

Tha major problem right now is to balance the CURRENT situation to a certain level before adding anything like D4 items or even D5
Everything needs to start from a fair staring point, before any new implementation can be added
Unfortunately, the game (class) is currently unbalanced.

Personally I think this post only benefits Archer, Thief, Warrior as 9 out of 10 priest and wizard players will choose AC symbol.
You also need to consider the technical feasibility of the GM, some changes are just too fancy.
To be honest, it is not brand new server. Player data are already there, maybe it is not possible to change anything except wiping out the whole thing.

This may be a good idea if and only if the numbers are adjusted and implement at d5
For example: At d5, you have a choice of forgo old symbol effect and choose from a NEW and Adjusted Ones

By saying that numbers are adjusted, it means all effects are maxed out at current game setting (I.e. 20G)

The original post stated to nerf blue AC cap to 70, symbol effect not taken in count as blue effect. Means if you will always have 40 blue AC less by not dualing warrior.

Make sense for me.

Okay, I missed that part but I still don't think its balanced as what I said above,
G7 Force symbol on warriors <--- this along is not convincing at all
Warrior skills need serious adjustment!

Thats something regarding skill dmg formula, not much related of this topic, which.actually encourage more game builds and play styles.

(2015/11/5 新增)
暴擊率(critical)公式建議
desire,robber至A級屬性,Life至B級屬性,RA至B級屬性,Critical至A級屬性
並且將戰士,弓箭手,盜賊轉法師或祭司的紋章B屬性改為desire 和 robber,
墮天使的移動+18改為Life+3072
聖殿騎士force+30改為RA+12
如果附要屬性不屬於A or B級屬性,則維持4g
魔戰巫師acc+20%改為Curse+38
浪人箭神acc+20%改為Critical+8%
狂戰士Critiacal+20%改為Critical+8%
