Server Maintenance Monday 15/11/2021

Dear Players,

We will do a Server Maintenance this Monday 15/11/2021 at 23:30 Server Time in order to deploy patch 1.8.0.12, which includes the balance changes as well as the new movement system.

The Maintenance has been postponed to Monday 15/11/2021 at 23:30 due to some issues that were spotted during the creation of the patch.

Features
  • Added a new Rare type : Spell Penetration. This rare will ignore a certain amount of the target's shield AC. It cannot be crafted.
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed Twister lifting invisibility.
  • Fixed Lightning Shock & Converting Armor no longer piercing Complete Sanctuary.
  • Fixed AC Drop not working on PFM.
Balance
  • Warrior
    • Dark Blade's slow effect has been reduced from 45% to 35%.
    • Decreased Gust's movement bonus by 50%.
    • Increased Charging's cooldown from 10s to 15s.
    • Increased Twister's Duration to 15s.
    • Lightning Shock now works on PFM. Each stacks decreases PFM's defence by 20%.
    • Extreme Lightning now has a 3s cooldown.
    • Extreme Earth now has a 3s cooldown.
    • Extreme Wind now has a 3s cooldown.
  • Archer
    • Increased Archer's maximum LUCK at D5 from 152 to 202.
    • Changed Hawkeye symbol to Critical + Force.
    • Fleet Missile's cooldown is now a fixed 15s instead of variable depending on the stun duration.
    • Converting Armor now works on PFM. Each stacks decreases PFM's defence by 20%.
  • Thief
    • Changed Nighthawk Symbol to Critical + Force.
    • Thief's attacks can now be interrupted again.
  • Wizard
    • Slow's range has been slightly increased.
    • Spider Web's range has been slightly increased.
    • Vampire's Touch range has been increased to match Life Drain's.
    • Grand Wizard Symbol has been changed to Magic Vigor + Spell Penetration.
    • Increased Protection's physical resistance to 40%.
    • Reduced Physical Shield's Physical & Magical resistances from 40% to 30%.
  • Priest
    • Authority of Whoarencha now always do 4 guaranteed flames per wave. Also they are now more concentrated around where the priest casts the spell instead of randomly around the character.
    • Rage Light Ball now travels faster and has a splash damage effect.
    • Authority of Athyas now gives a 30% magic damage bonus.
    • Increased Authority of Athyas' physical protection from 10-20% to 20-30%.
    • Decreased Authority of Athyas' magic protection from 50% to 30%.
    • Changed Authority of Athyas' movement speed bonus to be a flat 35 Movement Speed instead of a percentage.
    • Authority of Athyas now decreases the time you have to wait between two spell casts by 25%.
  • Items
    • Kathelprime Cloak now has a 6 White Resist All effect.
    • Kradmessor Cloak now has a 8 White Resist All effect.
    • Siegolaid Cloak now has a 10 White Resist All effect.
    • Removed the white AC on gauntlets.
    • Satan, Evil, Witch & Devil rares can now steal mana/divine when using spells.
    • Basic Resist's max value has been increased from 24% to 28% (G10 still remains 24%).
    • Speed potions now give a 10s immunity to Dark Blade.
    • Legend Sets no longer fully protect against physical stuns. They now only prevent one stun every 10s.
  • Misc
    • The lit area when blinded is now wider.
    • Critical Hits now do a fixed 150% damage increase instead of a random 50-150%.
    • Characters now get 30% of their base CP restored upon login or getting ressed (full ress only).
    • Hybrid classes now have a 15s cooldown before they can use skills if they used a status spell (curse or buff) on another character than them.
    • Hybrid classes can no longer get an accuracy bonus from LUCK stat.
    • WS Stat mana regen has been increased to 1% every 10 points past 200 WS instead of every 20 points.
    • Splash damages from skills can now miss. However Accuracy bonuses from stats & items now work on them as well.
    • All combat skills now have a fixed 2s cooldown that cannot be bypassed.
Misc
  • The Dual Class change quest will now only ask you to kill the monsters of your current Dual Level instead of all previous duals as well.
  • Castle War gates HP & Defense have been increased.
  • Local War stones HP have been increased.
  • Castle War sstones HP have been increased.
  • The Legend Hammer will no longer reroll the item's current rare effect if the Grade is not 8 and the effect is in the pool of possible effect the item can have. Instead it will just upgrade it to G8 (but there is still a chance it gets destroyed). The Hammer's effect remains the same on G8 items or if the item's effect is not in the pool.
