Sorry this maintenance is taking much longer than expected and it's not going to be over today.
We have found a huge issue and we are trying to repair the damages it caused, it might take us an extra day.

Dear Players,

Yesterday we found an issue with our login server.
Anyone who had a banned account was able to log into the game. This issue appeared with Monday 15th's update and is due to a weird combination of events coming from Visual Studio's compiler. In any case, the issue is fixed.

However, some users found out that they could login to their banned characters. That wouldn't have been such a big deal but one of these users is former GMBlissful. He used that opportunity to move edited items around. (Reminder regarding this case : viewtopic.php?f=2&t=26085)

This is why the Server is currently down, we are trying to clean this mess.

We are deeply sorry about this and we are working as fast as we can to resolve the issue but we cannot give an ETA just yet.

Just to be clear, there won't be any rollback unless we really don't have a choice (but it's going alright for now)

Little update. We have spent our week-end tracking & cleaning. We are still not done but we think we can be done by Wednesday.
This is a rough estimate and is subject to change.

The server is back online.

There are accounts that are currently suspended while items that shouldn't be there are being removed from them.

Also, there will be compensation for the down time and all, but we will take care of that once all the accounts are unbanned.

Server is down again, more information soon.

We will probably put server back up this evening. We need to have a team meeting first and then we'll let you guys know about everything.
