Help Wanted !

Dear Players,
In order to improve our productivity & quality of service, we are looking for people who can fulfill one of the positions below.
Do know that this is a voluntary job, and you will not be paid in real money. (However, you can earn ingame currencies if you wish to).
Programmer
We are looking for an experienced programmer to help us implement new features into the game, tweak the current and fix bugs.
Requirements:
- Good C/C++ skills
- Good SQL & Database skills
- Good knowledge of the game
- Game development experience is a plus
- C# skills are a plus
2D Artist
We are looking for a good 2D Artist to help us design new graphic sprites for the game and potentially the website as well.
Requirements:
- Drawing style matching the game's sprites (mostly items and map tiles)
- Ability to produce work fast
- Ability to draw artwork matching the game's style is a plus
- Experience in game art is a plus
- Ability to texture 3D models is a plus
3D Artist
We are looking for a good 3D Artist to help us design new "3D" sprites (like monster sprites).
Requirements:
- Modeling style matching the game's graphics (mostly monsters but also weapons & whatnot)
- Ability to produce work fast
- Ability to texture your own models is a plus
- Experience in game art is a plus
QA Tester(s)
We are looking for one QA Tester to help us stabilize our updates. Preferably one from EU or NA/SA regions.
Requirements:
- Excelent knowledge of the game.
- Basic tech knowledge.
- Ability to communicate easily and write detailed reports.
Support Desk
We are looking for one or two people able to take care of the Support Desk and solve the various tickets we're getting.
Requirements:
- Excelent knowledge of the game.
- SQL Knowledge
Public Relations
We are looking for someone able to take care of Pubic Relations. This means frequently interacting with players, posting news updates on Discord, the forums, Facebook and Twitter and so on.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of the game.
- Good speech skills.
- Very good English.
- Good temper and a lot of patience.
- Ability to write or talk Traditional Chinese is a plus.
