Many new comers are starting over this server, but some of them are having a hard time leveling due PK. In order to protect those (very welcome) new players, we've decided to make some of Low Leveling Maps to be PK OFF. It won't affect any High Level (Lv 100+) and It's being done only to protect the weakers.
