The lower level ress (Noob ress) is disabled for war. You must use full ress to ress players.

i understand you cant res other nations with noob res
but many priest use pike build (like adveric) and cant use full res until reset stats
we all left todays war for that only 1 priest and he cant res
you should always be able to res your own nation

but being able to see enemy ghost is already disabled. If someone really wanted to exploit it, it's still possible to do with full res.

Yeah, I do not see how "Ghost Resurrection" would be exploited currently.
Even less so, since you are ressed with low HP and hunger anyways.

they mean the exploit of "farming" dual fame by ressing someone with low hp then killing over and over with someone of the other nation. It can still be done, just at a slower pace.
