Basically the game rolled for the item to be a grade ZERO (g0) of any rare.
Upon enchanting, item turns blue.
However, once you relogged, the game somehow detects that the item was with g0, or no grade at all, which turns it to white now.
Another example would be the <Small 'Super Big Gulp'> item reward from the new gambling system.
Upon receiving the item as gambling reward, it's g0 smart.
After relogged, it turns white.
