Game crashing a lot from new patch?

As title says my games crashing from things that never happened before, so far monster quest turn in crashes my client sometimes and changed my mantle once caused my game to crash.
Anything about this, can others also post if they get crashes that are a bit unusual?

I think I know whats causing the crashes, it seems to happen when you receive an achievement, my game crashed when my character hit level 70 or maybe just coindience it happened

can also fix the achievement bug when someone near me gets an achievement says you have received an achievement.

This should be easy.
Replace "You" with "%player_name%" or something like that.

New installation seemed to fix it
