WE CAN'T FIND GHOST

Event NPC gave some players a quest hunting 10 ghost at WG 200,200
But there is no Ghost at the location, No one can clear the quest.
Could you check this plz?

Hope gm more concern for the server although we know they have own busy life to do with, but server is getting lack of active already
